WARRANTY

12 Months warranty applies to all products from the date of purchase of receipt. Products will be replaced if found faulty or defective from the manufacture.

DELIVERY & CHARGES

$21.50 Flat rate applies for all of Australia for delivery per each item. For bulk orders 5 items or above will be charged at a lower rate please E-mail or Telephone Tony, for a free quotation. We use registered Australia Post. International inquiries are welcome for a free quotation. Please indicate the product number, details & country you want the goods shipped to. You will have a reply in 24 hours.

REFUNDS ON RETURNED ITEMS

Our business allows 7 days money back guarantee on all our products from the date of the receipt purchase. Please Note: Postage & handling charges are not refunded. The purchased items must be returned in there original package, resalable condition and not damaged in anyway. If the product you ordered arrived faulty or damaged or not what you ordered as a result of our mistake. Please return the item and we will refund both the cost of the product & postage charges.
